Getting benefit from Tai chi doesn’t take long. One lunch break is all it takes to provide a little relaxation and light exercise.

A corporate event

This year I had the pleasure of helping this lovely bunch of people from from CPA Global get the benefit  from Tai Chi in their lunch hour. Thanks for having me.

CPA Global commissioned me to run 2 classes a week for the whole of September. Classes took place  on Tuesdays and Fridays at lunchtime, and  because everyone seemed to enjoy them we are looking at scheduling some more.

It’s nice to see a Corporate client looking after the health and well being of their employees.
